Yulie brought up a great idea about putting up a master list of hashtags (#) I use so people can just copy and paste for their Instagram posts. Please note I do a hybrid version where half the hashtags I hit are outside of the realm of Aikido (in order to promote the art itself), and half of it are within it. Feel free to pick and choose the groupings depending on what you post! The groupings are already close to the maximum number of hashtags, so be aware that adding more without taking any away is going to cause your entire caption to be wiped out once you post.
Listed here will be both ready made groups (which are what I use) and individual ones if someone wants to make their own groups.
For your own sanity, stay away from the hashtags for self defense or fighting. You will get a lot more people trolling your account and if you can’t handle that emotional turmoil, don’t do it.
